About Reik-Ology
Our Philosophy
At Reik-Ology, we believe that Reflexology and Reiki are powerful tools for promoting health and wellness. Our philosophy is centred around the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that Reflexology and Reiki can help to stimulate this natural healing process.
REFLEXOLOGY
We offer a Reflexology treatment to meet our clients needs, including foot reflexology or hand reflexology. Our treatments are designed to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that promotes wellness and balance.
REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" on massage table for about an hour. It gives a very deep relaxation and comfort moment.
Our Expertise
Vanessa is a level 5 certified Reflexologist (clinical) since Sept 2023, and Reiki Usui master teacher since February 2024 (Reiki practitioner since 2018).
She proposes :
- Reflexology treatments for fertility, pregnancy, stress, back pain, migraines, any condition, as well as any other for well-being to be improved, and/or
- Reiki sessions for stress relief and relaxation, that help promoting self healing.
